Lead by a Founder who has overcome very similar experiences as boys in the 38109 and 38118 communities in the greater Memphis area, RTB sets out to give STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) tools to the hundreds of boys that they serve yearly. In addition to STEM, we focus on decision making skills, team building activities, and discipline through RTB’s sports program. RTB programs serve to support our overall goal of ensuring young men to be successful during post- secondary education and future career pathways. RTB is committed to prevent the statistical outcome of boys who are from challenged communities. RTB’s overall goal is to be a positive source and bring an economic change in the communities served!

Our organization is led by Michael Mosby, who serves as Executive Director. Michael is supported by a volunteer administrative team, made up of academic interns from surrounding universities in Memphis. The organization is governed by an active, hands on board, which volunteers its skills and expertise to ensure that the organization is run with full legal and fiduciary responsibilities in mind.
